- Lifetime purchases are generally non-refundable after 48 hours except in cases of technical failure attributable to us.
7. Data Ownership & Local Storage
- Your Data: You own all financial records, categories, and budgets stored in the app. We do not claim rights over your data.

9. Disclaimer of Financial Advice
Cache is a tracking utility. The app is not a financial advisor, planner, or fiduciary. All visualizations, reports, and categorizations are for informational and organizational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
10. Advertising
The Free tier includes ads served by Google AdMob. Cache Premium removes all ads. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
Free users may see:
- Banner ads — on the Dashboard, Records, and Budgets screens.
- Full-screen interstitial ads — shown after adding transactions (Indian users, frequency-capped) and before each CSV/PDF export.
CSV and PDF export is available to all users; a full-screen ad may appear before the export for free users. Cache Premium users export without any interruption.
11. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Cache, its creators, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the application, database errors, or backup sync failures. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or email (if you have provided one). Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
